Dan Lipman  was the Barrister’s Choice for Medical Malpractice Lawyer for Plaintiffs in 2021. He is recognized by both his peers in the legal community and former clients for his work in this complicated area of the law. Lorraine Parker was the People’s Choice for Medical Malpractice Lawyer for Plaintiffs in 2022. 

American College of Trial Lawyers

Lorraine Parker is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, which is recognized as a preeminent legal organization dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, professionalism, ethics and the administration of justice. Fellowship is extended only by invitation after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.

International Academy of Trial Lawyers

Lorraine Parker is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, an international group of elite trial lawyers representing both sides of the bar.  Fellowship is by invitation only.  Trial lawyers are invited to become Fellows only after an extremely rigorous vetting process, which includes both peer and judicial review.

American Board of Trial Advocates 

Lorraine Parker and Angela McGraw are members of this invitation-only association. Only lawyers with a strong reputation and the experience of having tried at least 10 civil jury trials are eligible to join. Attorney McGraw currently serves as treasurer of ABOTA, as well as the co-chair of WABOTA - Colorado chapter, a networking group of top women trial attorneys in the state. 

The National Trial Lawyers (NTL)

Dan Lipman and Karen Blau are members of this national organization that recognizes premier trial lawyers from across the U.S. In addition, Karen Blau is a member of NTL’s Top 40 Under 40. The NTL provides members with high-quality educational programs and advocacy training to help its members better serve their clients.

Brain Injury Alliance Colorado (BIAC)
