As one of the newest partners of the firm, Molly brings more than two decades of experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death litigation. She is one of Colorado's most accomplished plaintiffs' trial lawyers.
Molly currently serves on the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice, sits on the Executive Committee of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and is the 2026 recipient of the CTLA Outstanding Service Award. She has repeatedly been listed by Best Lawyers in America.

Molly is a Colorado native, a graduate of Cherry Creek High School and the DU Sturm College of Law.
She is an avid golfer and has been Chair of the Colorado Open Golf Foundation and a steadfast advocate for female athletes. Molly is the 2023 recipient of the Robert M. Kirchner Award, given by the Colorado Open Golf Foundation to an individual for outstanding contributions to the game of golf in the state of Colorado.
